Are KINTO glass products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our heat-resistant glass items are safe for both microwave and dishwasher use. Please check the specific product page or the bottom of the item for the heat-resistance symbol.
How do I care for my wooden trays and accessories?
To prevent warping or cracking, wipe wooden items with a damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not soak in water or place them in the dishwasher.
Can I use the slow coffee style brewer with any paper filter?
While our brewers are optimized for KINTO cotton paper filters, they are compatible with most standard cone-shaped filters of the corresponding size.
Are the tumblers vacuum insulated?
Yes, our Travel Tumbler and Day Off Tumbler series feature double-walled stainless steel with a vacuum layer to maintain temperatures for up to 6 hours.
